Hi!! My name is Sophia Koffsky and I am so excited to be Project Proactive ambassador this year. I am currently a senior in Central and I am from the five towns. In Central, I am the debate, hockey, and many other activities. I am also super involved in yachad and have spent my last few summers volunteering and working for them.

I am super passionate about educating people about mental health awareness and helping to break the stigma. I am super excited to be a Project Proactive ambassador and just that within my central community and the Jewish community.
