I’m Esther Goldstein, a licensed clinical social worker and trauma specialist supporting adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma in the Five Towns and surrounding areas.

My approach to therapy is highly collaborative and interactive, using a wide variety of modalities to best support the individual needs of each of my clients. Therapy is definitely NOT one-size-fits-all.
